Registration will also include a one-year membership in the Materials Research Society (MRS)—home to almost 14,000 members in the ever-expanding field of materials science. Membership begins January 1, 2019 and offers a wide range of benefits including free electronic access to all MRS journals. Companions of delegates will be charged a fee of $250, for the cocktail event to be held on the 10th at the Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) and Dinner (Banquet) to be held at the Mount Meru Hotel on 12th.

There are increasing unexpected bank and hidden international wire fees, which the association is unable to absorb for operational reasons. Therefore, all registrations paid via bank will be charged with an extra amount to cover the hidden bank charges as follows: Students and Accompanying persons 20$, Academia 35$ ,Industry 50$, Exhibition fees 100$.
